Location
The villa is built in the exclusive development of Paradise Woods, which is located on County Road 54, Davenport, just 15 drive minutes from Walt Disney World and only 10 minutes drive away from Highway 192, where all the major restaurants are located. Sited only 3 miles from exit 58 of Interstate 4, Paradise Woods is not only in an excellent position for travelling to all of Central Orlando’s attractions, but the beautiful beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic Coast are just over an hour’s drive away.If you are keen golfers then there is an abundance of golf courses nearby to suit all standards and budgets (information on local Golf courses available). Championsgate Golf is perhaps one of the most prestigious golf resorts in the area and is located at exit 58. Greg Norman designed the two courses and David Leadbetter’s Golf Academy is also at this location. A ‘Publix’ Supermarket is just at the entrance to Championsgate and there is also a Chinese Restraurant, which provides take-away, and the children’s favourite – McDonalds !
