The luxury villa has 2 beautifully furnished lounge areas, one with ceiling fan cable TV, DVD, VCR and a selection of movies.The other lounge has formal dining area, CD player and 32 CD library. It has a fully fitted kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walkin closet, TV and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own TV with Playstation 2. The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds. All have fitted closets with ample hanging space, and furnished to a high standard. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the lounge which allows for 10 people to be comfortably accommodated Our brand new games area fashioned in the style of a 'Fifties American Diner' was completed in Sept 2005. We have a pool table, air hockey, table football and electronic darts. The pool area is fully screened with a range of pool furniture. Towels are provided. The pool area is west facing which affords full afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets

Location
Florida Pines is located off US27 close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition there is a childrens playground and a community swimming pool. The Villa is 15 mins from Disney World and there are several golf courses within 10 mins drive including Champions Gate. Orlando International Airport is approx 30 mins away, Sanford Airport is approx 1 hour. Ideally situated in the centre of the State the Gulf Coast beaches are approx 90 mins drive, whilst the Atlantic Coast (home to kennedy Space Centre) and Cocoa and Daytona Beaches are a 1 hour drive.
