Why a Villa
Why put up with the cramped conditions of a Hotel room. Florida villas are large and always spacious. Most of our homes have 2 lounge areas where you can sit, relax and read or watch TV. 2 They also have dining areas which allow all the members of your party to spread out and have a haven of solitude. This is especially welcome where there are 2 families on holiday together.
You will find in a villa there will be no queuing to use the Bathroom as the number of facilities available increase as the number of bedrooms go up. Also most homes have proper walking shower cubical and not the over the bath shower heads that Hotels have. You will also find Garden tubs, these are deep baths that allow you to relax and soak away the stresses or the day in the theme parks.
A fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons like a Microwave oven, Blender, Coffee Machine and every possible item of cookware you could need along with a large oven and dishwasher will help you prepare a gastronomic masterpiece for the family. Large fridges have ice makers to cool those drinks you may have while watching the sun setting from a private deck and even music centers to play your favorite sounds.
Talking of the Sun setting what more could you wish for than a private pool that could even be heated if you so wish for an extra fee sunk into your own secluded deck surrounded by a enclosure that keeps insects at bay, where the children can play or you can just float around letting the stresses of life drift away.
Other extras in these homes could be a games area with bar football or a pool table; some might have exercise machines or even hot tubs or Jacuzzi’s. Would you find these in a hotel for you own personal use?
All this luxury cost’s but how does price compare with a hotel. Take a family of 5 people. Assuming they fit in to one hotel room then for this would cost around L70 per person per night (i.e. L350). So for a week this hotel would be L2450. For the same family, a 3 bedroom villa would typically be around L600 or less for the entire week
Everything about our homes is designed for your comfort and convenience. Villa owners appreciate that for much of your vacation you may not necessarily want to be out at the Orlando attractions, and may simply want to spend time at home. Hotels do not cater for this? Hotels are usually nothing more that sleeping accommodation and you could not practically or comfortably spend a day in the hotel and since the vacation homes are 2nd homes for the owners, they have been made to feel homely and welcoming to guests. All home-comforts are provided to make for a relaxing holiday.
So there we have it Villa or Hotel?????????? You decide
